There are no minimums or maximums. As long as the project makes sense from a return on investment standpoint, then it is a good fit.

Throughout my experience working with hundreds of contractors over the years, it's evident that quality craftsmanship will generate the best return on investment. While we may not be the least expensive option out there, our value is unmatched. Unlike other contractors. We provide a comprehensive package that not only includes licensed and insured professionals but also encompasses a dedicated support team focused on quality control, design, and procurement. Additionally, we eliminate any upfront costs for the homeowner by covering initial expenses ourselves. Our aim is to offer peace of mind and reliability, which is further backed by our homeowner guarantees:

  1. Owner Profit Guarantee: If the homeowner doesn't see an additional $20,000 in profit, we'll adjust our fee until they do.
  2. On Budget Guarantee: We protect against unexpected expenses. Should any surprise change orders arise, we'll credit the homeowner $5,000.
  3. On Time Guarantee: We set a firm "go live" date. Miss it, and the homeowner receives a $5,000 credit.

No, for health, safety, and efficiency reasons, homes cannot be occupied during renovations. Suggestions would be to move in with family/friends, get a rental, use Airbnb, stay in a hotel, or move into your next home. We can help cover these costs upfront and get paid at closing.
